Your new roleIT Change Manager - ITILv4

What you'll need to succeedMy client is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager with ITILv4 qualification to join the organisation in an interim post.This is an initial 6-month contract inside IR35. The successful candidate will have experience as a Change Manager in Public Sector and Government environments and hold active SC Clearance. The role is an immediate requirement. Successful candidates will have experience in supporting ongoing Change projects, reporting across C-Level and ensuring successful delivery of in-place processes.Essential Criteria:

  • Influencing, stakeholder management, relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Collaborating and communicating across teams and organisational boundaries
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops, with a methodical and rational approach to problem-solving
  • Providing written reports that clearly articulate progress made with IT changes, including details of blockers, risks, issues, and successes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You have the ITILv4 Foundation qualification
