The Role:
As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee and ensure the efficient delivery of IT services. This hands-on role will focus on managing relationships with third-party service providers, driving continuous service improvements, and ensuring operations remain secure, resilient, and value driven.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT service delivery across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Drive Service Management & Operations, ensuring SLAs are met and performance is optimized.
Oversee third-party Supplier and Vendor Management, building collaborative partnerships.
Lead Service Integration and Management (SIAM) initiatives for seamless service delivery.
Drive Continuous Service Improvement to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage Service Transition, ensuring smooth implementation of new or updated IT services.
Conduct Risk Management and Service Continuity Planning to ensure resilience.
Use data analysis to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure IT services meet expectations.
About You:
4-5 + years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management roles.
Strong knowledge and practical application of the ITIL framework.
Proven experience managing relationships with third-party service providers.
Expertise in service transition, risk management, and service continuity.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
