Location: Edmonton

Salary: up to £41,500 + car allowance

Our client, a Facilities Management Provider, is looking for a Soft Services Manager to look after their site in Edmonton.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a friendly and progressive, flexible Facilities Management organisation who are growing and have lots of secure career and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will direct and manage the Soft Services team on-site at the site in Edmonton, while also supporting other Southern sites as required by the Southern Hub Manager.

Key role responsibilities:

      Recruit, train, and manage the Soft Services staff, ensuring compliance with site rules and PPE requirements.

Monitor staff attendance, absences, and time sheets, submitting them in line with company schedules.

Ensure correct use of authorised hygiene materials and maintain equipment in safe working condition through weekly checks.

Oversee the cleanliness and security of equipment and storage areas, reporting any defects or safety concerns.

Track and update daily work orders and KPIs to ensure service standards are met.

Address customer service issues promptly, escalating serious complaints to the Facilities Manager when necessary.

Skills Required:

      Significant experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services and customer service excellence.

Strong relationship-building skills with key customers, ensuring professional and enhanced service delivery.

Ability to work under pressure and provide cover for the Facilities Manager when required.

Driving Licence essential.
