This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring products are delivered effectively and efficiently.Knowledge Requirements:- Agile Development: Comprehensive understanding of Scrum and agile principles, with a proactive approach to learning and adaptation.- Data Management Expertise: Strong working knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, data modeling, and big data practices (essential).- Software Development Insight: Hands-on experience in software development and delivery processes.- Qualifications: Product Ownership certification is an advantage, alongside a relevant degree in technology, computer science, or an equivalent technical qualification.- Agile Tool: Proficiency in agile planning, backlog, and tracking tools (e.g., Team Foundation Server).- Legislative Awareness: Familiarity with pertinent national and international legislation in the Government/Public Sector IT domain, including the Data Protection Act, EU Procurement Directives, and the Freedom of Information Act, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements in customer information processing.
