Role: Infrastructure Manager

Role Overview: Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, focusing on office systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance. Manage the network, IT Support Desk, and hardware/software configuration. Maintain relationships with our outsourced IT Service Provider.
What You'll Do:
- Manage IT network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Implement security frameworks and compliance regulations (GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001).
- Utilize Microsoft estate (MS Domain Management, Active Directory, O365).
- Lead IT governance and disaster recovery efforts.
- Manage external vendors and service providers.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Proactive management of IT network and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance.
- Proficiency in device management, networking, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in Microsoft estate.
- Experience in IT governance and disaster recovery.
- ITIL knowledge.
