IT Manager - Global Retail Chain (Southwark, London)

We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing food and beverage chain based in Southwark, London. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage all IT functions globally, ensuring the smooth running of systems across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

IT Support Management 

- Oversee IT support for shops worldwide, ensuring technical support and minimal operational disruptions. 

- Manage relationships with external IT support partners, to ensure they meet SLAs and drive improvements. 

IT Infrastructure Management 

- Lead on planning, implementing and maintaining the company's infrastructure, ensuring reliability. 

- Implement and develop IT policies to ensure smooth business operations. 

Cybersecurity and Compliance

- Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect against threats and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

IT Project Management and Process Improvement 

- Work with teams to develop IT solutions that support business strategy.

- Lead on IT projects in a timely manner, within budget and aligned to company goals.

- Work cross-functionally with teams to meet project objectives. 

IT Budget 

- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring alignment with company finance goals.

- Contract negotiation and management of IT expenditures, ensuring compliance. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity.
• Multi-unit retail experience is essential.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
