Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the management of our IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in managing a large suite of outsourced vendors, including a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. In addition, you will provide hands-on support to the London office and work closely with senior stakeholders to manage IT budgets, projects, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with outsourced IT vendors, including MSPs, Dynamics ERP, and other technology partners, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.
  • User Support: Provide day-to-day IT support to the London office (25 users), ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any technical issues.
  • Budget & Project Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and ROI for the business. Lead and deliver key IT projects, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business goals, delivering regular updates on IT performance and project progress.
  • System Maintenance & Security: Ensure the integrity, security, and continuous improvement of all IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve IT processes and procedures to drive efficiency and innovation across the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a fashion, retail, or wholesale environment.
  • Strong experience managing outsourced IT vendors, including MSPs and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Hands-on experience providing user support to small teams.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security.
  • Experience managing budgets and IT projects from conception through to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
