Project Manager - Summary:

  • Provide project management for company’s ICT service to MNC clients, technology/service may involve but not limited to, IP networking, server, storage, audio/video, structured cabling, office/data centre setup.
  • This role as project manager will liaise/manage all stake holders ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and the project's objectives are met.
  • Multiple projects may run simultaneously, project manager needs to manage internal resources effectively for all projects assigned.

Project Manager - What You'll be Doing:

  • Leading the planning and implementation of projects assigned.
  • Defining a project’s scope and goals.
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines.
  • Coordinating and managing project stakeholders include internal resources, clients, and external suppliers.
  • Resourcing planning and allocation.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Carrying out risk assessment.
  • Managing project administration, including all documentation.
  • Reporting regularly to clients and managers.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Tracking project performance.
  • Project evaluations and results measurement.
  • Managing project budget and supplier payment
  • Other responsibility assigned by line manager
  • Business trips would be possible, mainly in the UK, but might be Europe depending on the projects.

Project Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Mandarin to be at native level, and fluent English
  • Hands-on experiences, ICT projects. Good bid management, project management skill and communication skill.
  • Working experience in IT/Telecom markets highly preferred (candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position).
  • List of technical skills desired: Router, Switch, Server, storage, public cloud, virtualization, structured cabling, Data centre.
  • Responsible, Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motive and able to work under pressure
  • Good Communication skills, work well with customer and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects
  • Holder of PRINCE2, PMP certification or other PM certification desired.
  • Holder of UK/Europe Driving License desired.
