Company Overview
Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial property management business who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a key role for someone with strong project management expertise in ERP implementations, particularly within the Real Estate or Property Management sector.
Role responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive system improvements
- Oversee third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment
- Ensure smooth system integration, configuration, and data migration
- Develop and execute UAT, training, and change management initiatives
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and project governance
- Identify opportunities for system optimisation and process enhancements
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate or Property Management systems
- Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, customisations, and upgrades
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach
