Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: London, UK
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional within the highways sector and looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement a robust quality management system, ensuring compliance with a key highways contracts standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and compliance frameworks.
·Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.
·Ensure alignment with the client and maintain regulatory standards.
·Train teams on quality procedures and best practices.
·Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to uphold quality standards.
Key Requirements:
·3+ years experience within a similar role
·Strong knowledge of highways contracts, ISO 9001, and highways maintenance specifications.
·Experience in auditing, compliance, and risk management.
·Familiarity with health and safety standards in highways maintenance.
·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
·Ability to develop and implement quality frameworks and drive improvements.
·Located within commutable distance to London.
