We are seeking skilled CRO Analysts (or CRO Managers) on a contract basis to support an exciting experimentation and optimisation program for a major global client. The client is UK based and looking for support from contractors based in Romania, Bulgaria, or Poland and require strong data-driven expertise in A/B testing and experimentation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee the full experimentation process, from hypothesis creation to analysis
Design and set up A/B tests in Optimizely (or other experimentation tools)
Define key metrics and success criteria for tests
Analyse and interpret experiment results to drive actionable insights
Work with Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe Analytics to identify opportunities
Experience with ContentSquare for deeper user behaviour insights

Skills & Experience:

Experience identifying optimisation opportunities
Strong analytical mindset - able to translate test results into business recommendations
Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, etc.)
Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments
