Our client is seeking a Director for their Cyber Security Insurance division within the Financial Services sector. What you'll do:

As Director of Cyber Security Insurance, you will be at the forefront of our client's efforts in managing cyber risk within the Financial Services sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with various teams within the organisation, as well as strategic alliance partners. You will play a key role in expanding our client's presence in the market, originating and leading on sales opportunities. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing the technical skills of your team and defining people requirements to ensure optimal performance. Leading the delivery of security engagements will also fall under your purview.

* Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver the cyber security business plan for insurance clients.* Expand current footprint to meet market demand and exploit adjacencies across current engagements.* Build relationships with other parts of the firm to bind offerings together.* Contribute to relationships with strategic alliance partners to drive collaboration and sales opportunities.* Manage and develop the technical skills of the team.* Originate and lead on sales opportunities.* Define people requirements to strengthen the team of cyber security resources.* Lead the delivery of security engagements.

What you bring:

As Director of Cyber Security Insurance, you bring a wealth of experience from working within the Financial Services sector. Your expertise as a senior-level cyber security subject matter expert will be invaluable in this role. You have proven experience working with large global organisations, particularly within the insurance sector. Your commercial awareness and industry relationships will be key in achieving significant revenue targets. You possess in-depth technical security knowledge and have a solid understanding of the regulatory environment facing clients in the FS sector. Your proven experience in delivering cyber security advice will be crucial to your success in this role.

* Bachelor's degree qualification or equivalent MBA or Master's degree (Desirable).* Experience working in the Financial Services sector with large, global organisations.* Expertise as a cyber security subject matter expert at senior level.* Knowledge and experience working in the insurance sector.* Commercial awareness and industry relationships that enable achievement of revenue in excess of £1.5+ million per year.* In-depth technical security knowledge and experience in cyber security.* Understanding of regulatory environment facing clients in FS sector; particularly technology, cyber security and privacy relevant regulations.* Proven experience delivering cyber security advice.
