## Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Embedded Technical Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Security Integrator, you will be responsible for providing support, implementation, and troubleshooting for various security solutions including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems. This role will involve proactive account management, training, onboarding, and strategy development to ensure the success of our client.

## Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and implementation for security solutions such as CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
- Conduct training and onboarding for customers on security products
- Develop and implement proactive account management strategies
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve client experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of security solutions for clients
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns
- Contribute to the development and improvement of security products and services

## Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support and implementation of security solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and tech support skills
- Ability to develop and execute proactive account management strategies
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of enterprise security systems and solutions
- Experience in developing and delivering client training and onboarding programs
