Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining a range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing system faults to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performing routine inspections and providing recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  • Providing technical support and advice to clients and team members.
  • Keeping accurate records of service visits and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards (e.g., NSI, SSAIB).
  • Proficiency in fault-finding and problem-solving.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Validdriving license.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certifications in security systems (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, or manufacturer training).
  • Experience with IP-based systems and network configuration.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Level Systems.
