Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining a range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing system faults to ensure optimal performance.
- Performing routine inspections and providing recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
- Providing technical support and advice to clients and team members.
- Keeping accurate records of service visits and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, etc.).
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards (e.g., NSI, SSAIB).
- Proficiency in fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Validdriving license.
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, or manufacturer training).
- Experience with IP-based systems and network configuration.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Level Systems.
