- Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users.
- Ensure systems and applications (primarily Microsoft-based) operate effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and escalate where needed.
- Support system updates, security checks, and general IT maintenance.
- Visiting sites and completing upgrades
- Password resets, Backups, 2FA
- Windows upgrades
- Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently
