A prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition, to assist with administration in its busy IT department.
Your duties will include:
- Electronic circulation of documents and reports
- Handling Development & Release Requests and Acceptance Certificates
- Management of checklists
- Loading Electronic Forms and updating data/documents
- Arranging meetings and preparation of relevant meeting materials
Your experience must include:
- Proven relevant experience gained in an IT environment within a corporate/financial institution
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of IT/Software Development terminology preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Please note this role will be working hybrid - 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home.
