A new exciting opportunity has become available for a UK leading Charity, who are seeking a dedicated, proactive IT Support Technician. This part-time position involves providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users, primarily within a Microsoft environment.
You will ensure their systems run smoothly, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. The role involves working two days a week within their Central London office looking to make a real difference supporting the wider business.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users.
- Ensure systems and applications (primarily Microsoft-based) operate effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and escalate where needed.
- Support system updates, security checks, and general IT maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
