Lynx is collaborating with a successful Insurance company in Central London seeking a customer service-driven IT Service Analyst due to organizational growth.
The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support to both office-based and remote users.
Candidates should have strong customer service experience and ideally a corporate background in a similar position, along with knowledge of Office365, Windows, Active Directory, and Telephony.
The position requires a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with excellent communication skills being essential.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two from home after the probation period, with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.

They need a IT Service Analyst that can provide 1st & 2nd line support to office based and remote users.

Essential Skills & Experience required:

Strong customer service experience
Ideally have a corporate background working in a similar role

Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Excellent communication skills

The IT Service Analyst role is 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home, this will come in to effect once you have completed your probation.
