Are you a Service Desk Analyst with law firm experience looking for a new role?

In this challenging but rewarding position at a global law firm in the city, you will be providing a high level of 1st line support to end users predominantly over the phone and via email. If you enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative environment, then this position could be for you!

Your responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware.

  • 1st line support service desk support
  • Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Hardware

Your skills:

  • You must have experience of working as an IT Support Analyst at a law firm
  • You must have experience using/supporting legal specific applications and document management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
