Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for the firm’s software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, iManage, and Windows operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, including iOS devices, laptops, printers, and network connectivity (e.g., Zscaler VPN).
  • Support meeting rooms and assist with external AV events.
  • Contribute to technology projects such as Laptop Refresh, ITSM Implementation, and Printer Rollout.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • 2-3 years of IT Support experience, within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting online meetings, webinars, and AV environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles is advantageous.
