This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a global charity in their Central London office. This is a hybrid role based in London Bridge and it pays £40,000.

To be considered for this position you will be a confident & outgoing individual with a passion for charity work and social causes.

 Working with the IT Manager you will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line BAU user remote & onsite support for circa 80 global users across both Windows & Mac devices. 

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience with supporting and managing:

  • Windows 10 and Apple Macs
  • Google Workspace / Office 365
  • OneDrive / DropBox
  • Intune / NinjaOne
  • Teams / Slack 
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)

My client has been in business for 10 years and has circa 2000 members across a number of global bluechip clients. As a charity & not for profit organisation they strive to put back into communities and help with social causes. 

As an experienced IT Support Analyst you will split your time between working from home and being in the London Bridge office. This role is Monday to Friday 9:30-6pm, with core hours of 2pm-6pm supporting the US region.
