Description
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support.
- Take full ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring end-to-end completion.
- Provide user support, constructive feedback, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Automate and optimize manual tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Manage escalations effectively, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with IT teams and focus on building team credibility and customer satisfaction.
- Standardize and consolidate internal processes for better alignment.
- Communicate effectively with all levels, including executives, and handle demanding customers.
- Prioritize tasks, ensure quality outcomes, and stay updated on regional projects and processes.
Profile
A successful IT Support Analyst should have:
- Ideally educated to degree level in IT and/or computing technologies
- At least 4 years' experience in IT Support Analyst
- Focused and results oriented
- Possess a committed and responsible attitude with focus on customer satisfaction
- Customer focused and committed to improving all aspects of the customer experience
- Excellent communication skills to build and drive positive working relationships both within the Service Desk team and at all levels of the business
- Technical and customer support experience in a Pan European or Global company is desirable
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
- A broad level of skills across PC hardware and software systems including: Windows 10, Active Directory, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix Metaframe, MS O365, Thin Client Terminals, Database Systems, Exchange, VoIP Cisco CUCM
- Desirable skills in MAC OS and SSCM knowledge
