I am looking for a Junior Apple IT Support Technician on behalf of a well-established Apple IT support company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in technology who wants to develop their skills and build a career in the Apple IT sector.
The Role:This entry-level position will involve providing 1st and 2nd line Apple IT support to a range of clients. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and carrying out routine maintenance tasks. They will work both from the company's office and onsite with clients, gaining hands-on experience and training alongside an expert technical team.
