Database Operations Administrator - FTC£28,000London - hybrid Our client is a well-known trade representative body based in Victoria, who are looking for a Database Operations Administrator, with strong excel and excellent communication skills.THE ROLE:
  • Support the day-to-day operation, including monitoring and managing Disputed Registrations, processing V55 forms monthly, and addressing daily email requests related to New Model Codes and Disputed Registrations.
  • Prepare and maintain files in MS Excel and MS Access, covering Missing Registrations, Production Data, and Motorhome Coding, ensuring readiness for the Data Quality Team Lead.
  • Assist the Team Lead with monthly Model Amendments and Retrospective Updates to the company’s records, as requested by members and approved by the Data Quality Manager.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as adding Postcodes, Vehicle Trims, and dropdown list options to the company’s system, following approval protocols.
THE PERSON:
  • Strong concentration, accuracy, and the ability to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Minimum qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (grades C or above).
  • At least 12 months of office experience, showcasing excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access) is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills (telephone and email), with proven ability to build positive customer relationships and excellent written and spoken English.
