A fast-paced, household-name organisation is expanding its payroll team and looking for three experienced Payroll Advisors to support the processing of multiple large payrolls across fortnightly and monthly cycles.

Responsibilities include:
• Processing large-scale payrolls from start to finish (fortnightly and monthly)
• Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
• Maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and internal SOX controls
• Supporting with payroll queries from employees and internal teams
• Assisting with year-end payroll activities and statutory reporting
• Collaborating across departments and supporting ad-hoc payroll projects
• Maintaining payroll data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
Skills & experience required:
• Solid working knowledge of ResourceLink/Zellis payroll systems (essential)
• Experience with RRS (ResourceLink Reporting Services) and Power BI
• Proven end-to-end payroll experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and pension rules
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
