You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a complex student system for a higher Education Outlet. The role will be based from home and will involve engaging with various technology stakeholders.

Description
- Maintenance and enhancement of the Banner system.
- Liaising with various technology stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and recommending solutions.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Banner system.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation.
- Collaborating with teams to understand system requirements and implement changes.
- Ensuring system data integrity and security.
- Conducting regular system audits and reporting findings.
Profile
A successful Banner Technical Administrator should have:
- A strong technical background with experience in system administration.
- Knowledge of Banner or similar systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity and security.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience working in Higher Education
Job Offer
- Full time Contract until Dec 2025 - possibility of extension
- A competitive salary range between £40,500 and £45,000 pro rata
