Our Client requires an experienced Higher Education Technical Administrator to join their team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a complex student system for a higher Education Outlet. The role will be based from home and will involve engaging with various technology stakeholders.

Description

  • Maintenance and enhancement of the Banner system.
  • Liaising with various technology stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for system improvements and recommending solutions.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Banner system.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation.
  • Collaborating with teams to understand system requirements and implement changes.
  • Ensuring system data integrity and security.
  • Conducting regular system audits and reporting findings.

Profile

A successful Banner Technical Administrator should have:

  • A strong technical background with experience in system administration.
  • Knowledge of Banner or similar systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity and security.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have experience working in Higher Education
