We are currently seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join a prestigious, global law firm on a fixed-term contract until March 2025. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR systems and data analysis, looking to further develop their career within a professional services environment. You will be part of a dynamic HR team and will play a key role in supporting the firm’s global HR system, ensuring its smooth operation, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of the global HR system
  • Ensure data accuracy and system updates by working closely with managers and stakeholders
  • Generate and produce management information (MI) reports to meet internal and external requirements
  • Support key HR projects, including Gender Pay Gap reporting, salary benchmarking, immigration audits, and annual appraisal processes
  • Provide user support by resolving system issues and offering training to end-users
  • Develop training materials and systems documentation for HR system users
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, raising support cases when needed

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with HR systems, preferably within professional services (legal sector experience is highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with SelectHR or similar HR systems is ideal
  • Excellent data analysis skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
