People Systems Analyst  
London
£50K - £55K per annum 

My client is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join their team in London. Reporting to the Head of Systems you will be supporting with the future roadmap and projects. You will:

  • Function as an expert for Workday administration – People transactions, business process configuration and design.
  • Support at a functional level with Workday security and Workday reporting.
  • Lead or participate in Systems technology projects including implementations or upgrades. 
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work with the Head of People Systems to support the coordination and drive automation of People Systems and process improvement.
  • Identify areas of improvement to ensure we are using the system effectively and suggest further system changes and enhancements as appropriate.
  • Work with the People Systems team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes.
  • Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades.
  • Support all functional aspects of Workday modules and day to day management and maintenance of this.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have knowledge or experience in innovation services (Workday help module) would be beneficial.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in post go live environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday covering HCM including business processes, security and general systems administration. 
  • Ideally have some module experience for Talent, Advanced Compensation and Workday Help.
  • Have an inquisitive and challenging mind.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and must have an understanding of HR functions.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage own workload to specific deadlines.
  • Have knowledge of Workday security and Workday reporting to a functional level.
  • Have strong communication skills.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Hybrid role.
