About the Role:
My client, a leading UK-base IT Services & IT Consulting organisation is seeking a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for implementing and designing a CX One platform. In this role you will need to ensure that solutions you design are meeting the goals of the client. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a Technical Lead and taking ownership of the solutions designed, customising CX One’s capacity so the needs of the client are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be required to gather client requirements in order to design CX One solutions
- Managing the design and implementation of CX One components,
- Leading cross-functional teams, guiding them through your solutions, ensuring that they are delivered within the planned time scale
- Stakeholder management
- Integration of CX One solutions with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP
Candidate Technical Skills / Role Requirements:
- Proficient with CX One or similar customer experience platforms
- Demonstrable experience (7+ years) experience within a similar Solutions Architecture role
- Exceptional communication skill, being able to manage both internal and stakeholders
- An understanding of TOGAF principles
- Previous experience with PSTN, SIP trunking, SBC’s and IP Omnichannel
