Contract Job Opportunity: Power Apps & Copilot Specialist (AI & LLMs) - Property Industry
We are looking for a Power Apps & Copilot Specialist with expertise in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team on a contract basis. This role is focused on saving time and reducing manual processes for a leading client in the property industry by building a cutting-edge AI-powered tool that streamlines the buying and selling process for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI, and LLMs to create intelligent automation tools that optimize property transactions.
- Identify manual, time-consuming processes within the business and develop AI-driven solutions to streamline operations.
- Integrate AI-powered chatbots, document processing, and predictive analytics into existing property management systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Utilize Power Automate, Azure AI Services, and custom AI models to enhance automation and decision-making.
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and other relevant platforms used in the property sector.
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and training for internal teams on AI-driven solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Power Apps development, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning (ML), and LLMs for automation and process optimization.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms.
- Ability to build and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency in property transactions.
- Strong background in data integration, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in the property industry or working with property management platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
