Our client is a well-renowned, prestigious Architectural Lighting consultancy in the heart of London. They specialise in providing high-end lighting solutions for both domestic, commercial and marine environments including private residences of the rich and famous, yachts,as well as luxury hotels and commercial showrooms.
They are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their busy office. Reporting to the senior management team, you willoversee the coordination of architectural lighting projects, ensuring seamless communication between sales, procurement, design, and supply chain teams. You willplay a key role in managing project timelines, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and yacht lighting projects. You will actively manage multipleprojects and work closely with supply chain, assembly, and warehouse teams, mitigatingrisks and maintaining alignment with project timelines.
Additionally, you may alsoconduct site visits to manage product exchanges, record key supply changes, and support stakeholders with technical queries. You willwork alongside specification consultants to track and manage the company's pipeline, ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
Therole will also includeraising design and specification quotations,as well as managingfinancial accounts to ensure timely payments and credit control. You will support business development by attending networking events and play a proactive role in refining internal processes, working closely with procurement, supply, and assembly teams to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
