Lynx Recruitment is seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant / Administrator for a fully remote position.
The role involves working on a shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, with specific hours of either 8-4:30 or 11:30-8.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computing, IT, or a business-related field, along with a Salesforce Administrator certification.
The position requires 1-3 years of Salesforce support experience, and familiarity with Freshdesk or Zendesk is advantageous.
