We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading UK law firm, for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their IT team in London.

The Role

  • Provide 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, iManage, iOS).
  • Act as an escalation point for the 1st Line Service Desk team.
  • Manage endpoint devices using SCCM, Intune, and other tools.
  • Ensure compliance, software updates, and liaise with third-party vendors.
  • Train and support end-users to enhance their IT experience.

What You Need

  • Proven 2nd Line IT support experience, ideally in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting skills.
