Sonic Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Field Engineer to join their team in southern London, particularly around the M25 area.
The position involves providing SLA driven EPOS and IT support to Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare outlets, along with project work in AV and Digital Signage.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of EPoS systems, networking diagnosis, and fault finding skills, with experience in cabling infrastructure like Cat5 and Cat6.
The role offers a salary in the range of £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, and requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar field.

Our client is seeking experienced Field Engineer to join their southern team of engineers based around the M25, London.

Main responsibilities

• SLA driven EPOS and IT Support into Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare outlets.• Diagnosis and rectification of EPoS, Networking and Networking Devices.• Project working including AV, Digital Signage and Customer Rollouts.• Provide on-site support services on EPoS, I.T. Network/Comm’s infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sound understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.• Networking diagnosis and rectification.• Sound fault finding skills.• Customer facing skills.• Cabling Infrastructure (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless)
