Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Greater London

Duties:

  • Completing machine filters/de-scales
  • Collaborating with the service desk daily
  • Managing and recording service responses to machine breakdowns
  • Performing necessary repairs and reporting major faults
  • Using Vend Manager to respond to service calls and complete reports
  • Completing all required paperwork to company standards
  • Liaising with sub-contractors for certain machine repairs
  • Installing machines, coin mechanisms, and card readers
  • Registering equipment on Vend Manager or other software
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after installations

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence*
  • DBS Certificate (the company can obtain on your behalf)
  • 2-3 years' experience as a field service engineer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong external and internal communication skills
  • Live locally to Greater London
  • Experience with coffee and vending machines is desirable but not essential.
