I have recently partnered with a prestigious Educational Institution based in Southwest London who are looking to hire an IT Apprentice, starting ASAP.

They are a well-established and respected institution within the London Education sector and have an IT department who are forward thinking and looking to the future, in terms of their current cloud set up as well as the upcoming projects which you will have a chance to be involved in!

You will complete the apprenticeship over 18 months, finishing with official accreditation as well as certifications which the client will provide for you.

The Role:

** In this apprenticeship position, you will be learning something new everyday. Working closely with the IT Support Manager and the rest of the team to ensure you are in the best possible position to learn and develop within the business. ** You will learn all the in's and out's of the service desk and 1st Line duties. There is also exposure to 2nd line duties further down the line. ** Providing a wide range of application and networking support to both staff and students. ** Resolving tickets efficiently, within the agreed SLA.** Provide great customer service. ** Troubleshooting of networks, applications and servers. ** Ensure equipment across the school is working well and be able to troubleshoot any issues. ** & more
