The IT Support Engineer will have the chance to support a variety of environments and users meaning they will work with various technologies.Essential skills - IT Support Engineer:

  • Networking knowledge - Access Ports, VLANS, TCP/IP, Patch management
  • Entra ID - User administration and group policies
  • Office 365 emails - Creating mailboxes, managing email flow, distribution lists and security groups
  • Intune - Managed laptops and iOS devices
  • Azure - Administration
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
