- Networking knowledge - Access Ports, VLANS, TCP/IP, Patch management
- Entra ID - User administration and group policies
- Office 365 emails - Creating mailboxes, managing email flow, distribution lists and security groups
- Intune - Managed laptops and iOS devices
- Azure - Administration
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
