IT Support Engineer - London – 3-month contract
My customer is looking for a Customer facing IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload and help deliver EUC related projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable across all 1st/2nd Line issues and have experience working with VIP users. This is a Customer facing role (White-Glove)
The IT Support Engineer would have experience with Account Management (Office 365, AD), Windows 11 Admin and Support, Azure AD(Entra ID) and deployment.
The IT Support Engineer would be onsite 5 days a week in London for the duration of the 3 months.
IT Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:
- Prior experience within an IT Support 1st/2nd Line role
- Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
- VIP, White Glove customer service – great communication and top-level customer service.
- Azure AD (Entra ID) – Administration and Account Management
- Microsoft EUC Stack – End User Support
- Microsoft 365 – Administration and Support
- Account Management – Azure AD, AD & Office 365
- Deployment and setting up new devices
- Password reset and basic Network troubleshooting
This IT Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available this week.
