They are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their talented team and help deliver exceptional technology solutions to clients.IT Support Engineer – Duties: You’ll be a crucial part of the team, resolving IT incidents across Windows, macOS, and network infrastructure while working both remotely and onsite in central London. Duties;
- Identify, investigate, and resolve IT incidents on Windows and Apple platforms
- Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues
- Provide client-facing IT support, ensuring smooth technology integration
- Work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Intune, Jamf Pro, and other leading platforms
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to resolve issues
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for client deployments
IT Support Engineer – Over to You! Our Ideal Engineer Will Have:
- MSP experience (essential)
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and MDM solutions
- Networking knowledge and familiarity with IaaS solutions like Microsoft Azure
- Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced IT environment
- A self-motivated problem-solver with exceptional customer service skills
