Start: ASAPContract length: 10 MonthsRate: £200.00 per dayLocation: LondonIT TechnicianWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to perform a range of complex technical work, coordinate small teams, and provide technical leadership. Candidates must haveSC clearance.

Accountabilities:

Perform complex technical work activities to meet business and customer requirements.
Provide technical leadership in your area of expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders and resolver teams.
Perform problem determination and resolution support.
Research problems and solutions, documenting findings.
Communicate complex issues effectively.
Manage incidents from First Level analysts and resolve them.
Maintain technical knowledge and expertise, including Knowledge Base articles.
Act as a role model, providing guidance on technical topics.
Progress and close incidents on the incident management system.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems.
Use a broad range of information systems and technology functions.
Ideally certified in relevant technologies.
Ability to engage and influence on complex issues.
Effective interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Adapt quickly to dynamic team environments.
Open to working in a 07:00 - 19:00 x 5 shift rotation.
Out of hours 19:00 - 07:00 (optional).
Must have SC clearance.
