InRiver Technical Trainer -  6 months Contract

A Global eCommerce business is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team during an exciting period of change, transformation, and modernisation. The Technical Trainer must have extensive experience utilising InRiver.

Role Overview:

The successful Technical Trainer will play a crucial role in managing the development and delivery of training programmes, in relation to the organisation’s InRiver Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

For this role, you will need to have technical background / strong technical knowledge in order to support the business and technical teams and provide training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Create training manuals and deliver training sessions to users.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing training needs and troubleshooting issues
  • Identify gaps in global training content and localise it as necessary.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and assist in the integration of their solutions.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems (inRiver and .Net)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training content to business users.

Contract details:

  • Role: Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist
  • Duration: 6 months initial
  • Rate: Up to £400 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: Remote Role
