IT Trainer - NHS/Palantir

SR2 are working with a consultancy on a new piece of work that requires an experienced IT trainer to support various NHS trusts train staff on a cutting-edge platform that will revolutionise data management across the healthcare sector.

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer with a strong background in healthcare settings to join this exciting initiative. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver training on the FDP to NHS staff, including clinicians and administrative teams.
  • Leverage your expertise in Electronic Patient Records (EPR) and hospital IT systems to ensure training aligns with the practical needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Use your understanding of healthcare terminology and workflows to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, including nurses, doctors, and other clinical staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer within a healthcare environment, ideally the NHS.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems used in hospitals, such as EPR systems.
  • A solid understanding of NHS workflows and the ability to relate to the challenges faced by healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex IT concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • You do not have to have specific Palantir experience as you will be trained on this
  • Willingness to travel multiple times a week to various NHS locations for in-person training
