IT Trainer and Developer (SC Clearable)

I am currently recruiting for an IT Trainer to join a leading organisation based in the UK. This role requires to a holistic training approach developing and delivering in person, virtual, digital content as well as supporting users with desk side support and floor walking

Rate - £400.00 per day to overall assignment rate of umbrella (inside ir35)

Location - UK Based - Hybrid working

Duration - 6 - 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing application training materials including presentations, quick reference guides, bite sized videos, elearning and other digital learning solutions
  • Delivering training in a variety of ways including in person, virtual classroom and digital training via LMS or similar
  • Providing floor walking and desk side support to new users of the system
  • Working to an agreed plan, ensuring development and delivery activities are being achieved
  • Supporting the Training Project Manager and wider team with key deliverables

Essential Skills

  • Experience in using content development tools including; Articulate, Camtasia or similar to produce elearning and videos training solutions
  • Able to work on multiple projects and tasks and manage time and deadline accordingly
  • Experience with developing and delivery system training for Contract Centres but not essential
