Our client, a global Investment Bank is looking for an EMEA Benefits Specialist to manage the administration of Benefits Vendors across the EMEA Region. You will be a part of an established Compensation and Benefits team, who support the management and implementation of the company's benefits strategy. The key area of focus will be to ensure any benefit vendor services are progressed in compliance with the Banks process requirements.

The role will require:

In depth and hands on experience of managing benefits in the EMEA region including a broad understanding of benefits vendor management.

Demonstrable experience in a global / multinational organisation and have had experience in administering and managing plans in different countries.

Areas of focus:

Identifying opportunities for benefit vendor consolidation and simplifying vendor contracts.Reviewing performance of key benefits contracts with the EMEA Benefits team.Monthly reporting on benefits contracts and operational risk.Project work as and when required to support within the team.

This role will be a 12 month contract with hybrid working or 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
