Mandate:
Join a growing Private Equity IT Consulting practice to support Technology & IT Transformation initiatives for investors and portfolio companies.
Purpose of the role:
You will work with C-suite executives' and investors to problem-solve on their key issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging your technology know-how and business sense.
Skills to be successful:
- You will be ex-MBB trained with extensive Private Equity IT Advisory experience from McKinsey, Bain, BCG supporting pre and post deal Technology Transformation.
- Credible IT Consulting in a BIG4 or Private Equity Consulting firm including Accenture, EY, Alvarez & Marsel, Alix Partners
- Track record of supporting IT Due Diligence for pre-deal private equity Growth, Buy-out, Acquisition, Carve-out, Exits, Sale
- Proven capability in post deal IT Transformation; Post-merger Integration, IT Carve-out, IT M&A, Divestment, ERP, CRM, Applications, Enterprise Systems
About you:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, confident in presenting to executives and gaining buy-in
- Demonstrates creativity and the ability to deliver exceptional results and great ideas
- Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology
- Master's degree preferably in engineering, science or another technical or related field; advanced degree or MBA is advantageous
