- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - Essential
- Proven experience in teaching Design Technology - KS3 to KS5
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and student success
- Ability to inspire and mentor both students and staff
