Job Title: Interaction Designer
Location: London, 2 days per week on site required

Rate: £550.00 - £575.00

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Interaction Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll work closely with a full design team, taking ownership of your design output and confidently presenting your work to stakeholders. You should be adaptable, with the ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and research insights.
We're Looking For Someone With:
- Proven experience in UX/Interaction Design, or a background in Visual Design with a strong focus on user interaction.
- Experience in taking full ownership of Interaction Design projects, from conception through to delivery.
- Proficiency in prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to communicate these designs clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
- Knowledge and experience with design systems, and a proactive approach to improving them for the benefit of the project and other designers.
- An ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative research, applying these insights to the design process.
- Experience working in a complex environment, ideally within financial services.
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- A strong commitment to customer inclusivity and accessibility in your designs.
