Description

  • Leading a team of designers in creating innovative and womenswear products.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand the customers' product requirements and incorporate them into designs.
  • Involvement in global inspirational trips
  • Overseeing the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that all designs meet company standards and consumer expectations.
  • Presenting design concepts and final works to customers, incorporating feedback into design revisions.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in design technology to maintain the company's competitive edge.
  • Ensuring all designs comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Managing design resources and budgets effectively.

Profile

A successful Lead Designer should have:

  • A strong educational background in design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a design team, particularly within the fashion retail industry.
  • A deep understanding of design principles and techniques, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and creative design work.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior designers.
  • Proficiency in modern design software and technology.
