Description
- Leading a team of designers in creating innovative and womenswear products.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand the customers' product requirements and incorporate them into designs.
- Involvement in global inspirational trips
- Overseeing the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that all designs meet company standards and consumer expectations.
- Presenting design concepts and final works to customers, incorporating feedback into design revisions.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in design technology to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Ensuring all designs comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Managing design resources and budgets effectively.
Profile
A successful Lead Designer should have:
- A strong educational background in design or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a design team, particularly within the fashion retail industry.
