You’ll have the opportunity to build expertise in privacy and accessibility and partner with other teams to deliver high quality, high impact experiences for billions of users.Skills:

Portfolio required.
Large screen experience
8+ years relevant experience
Really good presentation skills
Experienced working on web/desktop and accessibility
Familiar with working within existing design systems
Detailed oriented and loves focusing on visual and interaction details.
A strong systems thinker and clear communicator who can bring clarity to complex problem spaces.

Responsibilities:

During the week, weekly XFN sync on projects they will be supporting.

Weekly crits – designers will show work and give feedback.
Weekly set of priorities for designers to execute and approval review process that the PM will drive.
Working with engineers on implementation once things are approved.
X3/4 tracks of work to work on, backlog of design work for the team to work on and document. A few execution projects of translation from mobile work to large screens – web and desktop
Accessibility work – compliance projects
Execution work primarily.
